Under the inspiration of Chef Filipe Silvestre, the gastronomic restaurant Le Montaigu unveils a creative cuisine, shaped by the Breton terroir and the estate’s permaculture garden. More relaxed, the Le Club Brasserie reinvents timeless classics with elegance, while the Bar des Écuries invites guests to savor cocktails and fine spirits in a hushed, refined atmosphere.
Each table, each plate, reflects the soul of the Domaine: a delicate harmony of heritage, modernity, and culinary emotion, enhanced by the estate’s enchanting natural setting.

Le Montaigu
At Le Montaigu, gastronomy flourishes before the mirrored reflection of a château upon the lake. Once a carriage house, the dining room adorned with time-worn woodwork and sweeping bay windows unfolds a setting both grand and intimate.
Chef Filipe Silvestre orchestrates a creative cuisine, weaving together the finest Breton produce and inspirations from the sea. Each plate, delicate yet daring, invites guests on a sensory journey, where aesthetics elevate flavor in a perfect harmony of emotion and taste.

From light lunches to generous dinners, each dish celebrates simplicity elevated served in the lively yet intimate atmosphere of the Domaine de la Bretesche.
