with nature as backdrop
Each room and suite of the Domaine de la Bretesche has its own personality. They blend together in the same luxury, both cosy and reassuring. They have been fitted out in the former outbuildings of the estate.
Take a break from your daily activities and allow yourself be soothed by rare fragrances and body language reminiscent of ancient rites
In the soft warmth of its treatment rooms with their gentle lighting and rich colours, the Cour Carrée SPA and its partners Cinq Mondes and Thémaé will take you on a journey to discover new sensory experiences and mental relaxation. Prior booking of treatments is strongly recommended.
« This hotel is surrounded by the most beautiful and manicured parkland. The room was very comfortable and as the main restaurant was closed, we ate at the club brasserie which was excellent.
There is a pretty golf course attached to the hotel which looks well maintained.
You really need to see this hotel to appreciate its beauty. We will definitely be coming back. »
« The rooms are taken very well care off.
The restaurant deserves a Michelin star. The staff at the reception of the golf are doing a great job to accommodate the golfers, which is not always easy.
The Club (the restaurant of the golf) serves excellent food and a nice continental breakfast as well.
The service is very kind, very friendly and just very inviting and welcoming. »
« Beautiful grounds and a castle on a lake. Our luxurious, elegant and large room (and very beautiful bathroom),
faced the lake and the castle.
The dinner lived up to it's stars and the breakfast was excellent.
The grounds are incredibly lush and wonderful… If we were golfers, we certainly would have wanted to play here.
It was an unplanned stop for us, but next time in the area, we will certainly want several nights here. »
