Under the direction of Chef Filipe Silvestre, Le Club Restaurant is now the Domaine’s main dining destination. Its cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons, drawing on produce harvested from the kitchen garden as well as a selection of local producers.

At lunchtime, Le Club embraces the spirit of a contemporary brasserie. Through the large picture windows, guests can admire the putting green and the landscapes of the Domaine. The cuisine is generous and approachable, designed to complement a day of golf, a walk through the grounds or a peaceful arrival after several hours on the road.
The restaurant is open for lunch every day from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Even during the week, booking a table in advance is recommended, particularly when your stay coincides with a golf competition, an event or a long weekend.

DINNER, A MORE INTIMATE EXPERIENCE
In the evening, the atmosphere changes. The lighting becomes softer, the tables feel more intimate and the dishes become more refined. The cuisine is expressed through multi-course menus and an à la carte selection with gastronomic influences, bringing together seafood, vegetables, aromatic herbs and regional specialities.
Dinner is served every day from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. After the meal, the large sofas and fireplace invite guests to extend the evening without disturbing the tranquillity of the setting.

WHAT ROLE DOES THE KITCHEN GARDEN PLAY
in the Domaine’s cuisine ?
Just a few minutes’ walk from the restaurant, the permaculture kitchen garden forms the first chapter of the culinary experience. Fruit, vegetables, aromatic herbs and edible flowers are grown there throughout the seasons before making their way into the kitchens.
The garden is not intended to supply a fixed menu. On the contrary, it encourages the Chef and his team to work with the produce as it reaches maturity. This proximity gives the cuisine its rhythm and creates a tangible connection between the landscape admired during the day and the flavours discovered on the plate.
WHAT DOES A GOURMET DAY LOOK LIKE
at La Bretesche ?
The day begins at Le Montaigu, where breakfast is served in a bright dining room overlooking the lake and château. Artisan breads, pastries, seasonal fruit and local products form a buffet to be enjoyed as the Domaine slowly awakens.
The morning can then continue on the 18-hole golf course, in the park or at the spa. The golf facilities include covered driving ranges, two putting greens, a short-game area and golf club and buggy hire. The academy welcomes both beginners and experienced players.
After lunch at Le Club, the afternoon is ideal for an excursion to the Brière marshes, the ramparts of Guérande or the coastline of La Baule. Back at the Domaine, dinner followed by a final drink at the Bar des Écuries brings the day to a close. The former horse stalls have been transformed into alcoves, within a setting of leather, wood panelling and stone.

Couples can create an escape combining walks around the lake, spa treatments and an intimate dinner for two. Golfers have direct access to a course integrated into the Domaine, with the opportunity to visit Le Club after their round.
