Yoga classes at Domaine de la Bretesche
This summer, from July 8 to August 27, enter a world of tranquility and self-discovery at Domaine de la Bretesche. Discover the power of yoga to strengthen your body and improve your posture.
On Saturdays and Sundays, our certified teachers will show you how to cultivate a deeper connection with your body, mind and spirit. You'll be guided on a journey of self-exploration, encouraging personal development and releasing the weight of daily stress.
Schedule for Yoga, Pilates and Sophrology classes:
- Saturday July 8 and Sunday July 9: Pilates with Mme. Wallerand
- Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th July: Sophrology with Mme. De La Roche
- Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 July: Yoga HATHA with Mme. Lalouf
- Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th July: Yoga HATHA with Mme. Duchamp
- Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th August: Yoga HATHA with Mme. Lalouf
- Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th August: Yoga HATHA with Mme. Duchamp
- Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th August: Sophrology with Mme. De La Roche
- Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th August: Pilates with Mme. Wallerand
Saturdays: 5pm to 6:30pm
Sundays: 9.30am to 11am
Yoga mats will be available.
We welcome a maximum of 6 people per session: 36€ per session
