A respectful environment for our guest
Domaine de la Bretesche has been committed for years to environmental responsibility, in order to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible.
Thus, we favor maintenance and steam cleaning as much as possible and use only biodegradable cleaning products. We invite our customers to support us in this approach with a charter available in the room. Among the actions proposed, a reasonable use of air conditioning, and the linen replaced on request.

Sustainable resource management
Our eco-responsible hotel is committed to the sustainable management of resources.
Our teams work daily to limit our environmental impact, so all our waste is sorted including organic waste, up to soaps, which are recycled by the association Sapocycle. We also use as little paper as possible in all our services, use stone paper when necessary, and propose sending invoices by email. Single-use plastic has been entirely banned from the Domaine de la Bretesche.
Our staff travels around the Domaine in electric carts, and charging stations are available for our clients' vehicles.

Responsible Purchasing
We take great care with our suppliers and the products we offer to our customers. Our restaurants use fruits and vegetables sourced as locally as possible, and respecting the seasonality when they do not come directly from our permaculture garden.
Our floral arrangements are made with flowers from our garden. Our bathrooms are equipped with toiletry dispensers to limit packaging. Finally, our employees are all trained in environmental commitments and actions.
